how hard would it be.....
to re-add cut content such as windhelm arena ( i dont mean the pitfighter mod i mean the real one bethesda made that got cut) and the city battles and capturing forts and recruiting giants and blackmailing housecarls and jarls, and the join the dark the brotherhood quest were you kill your friend to join, and all the content that got cut. we need a restored content mod like kotor 2. i want to recruit giants like bethesda planned.

We have those modders. Apparently you didn't do a very good search before asking about this. ;)

Arena proved to be too hard, because Bethesda Game Studios didn't create and leave enough content from it to the game. Stuff that was included has been overhauled in these mods. More may be coming.
