That one file will always fail. It is relatd to how Steam detects your graphic card and does not have any effect to your game.

- Exit Steam
- Go to Steam folder
- Remove folder named appcache

- Go to Documents\My Games\Skyrim
- Remove files Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini
- Note, that extensions might not be visible, depending on your folder options.

- Close your computer

- Start your computer
- Start Steam
- Verify Integrity of Game Cache

Did everything, still writes me same meesage that one file wasnt verified and it wil be downloaded.. crashes again

Like older save game? no, i cant get to menu, it crashes in time when bethesda logo shows up... on yt they were guides like changing windows volume settin s and as i saw comments it was workin gfor them, then some editing in skyrim files that didnt help too... i really want this go so hard.. it sjust, many people i know didnt bough it legal and downloaded it on web and its working for them.. meanwhile i have payed for it and cant play :c
This sounds very strange. Game usually crashes after Bethesda logo, if it is missing parent (master) data from mod or DLC that is required by a child mod or DLC.

If you really did what I suggested, then you should now have fresh master files, fresh appcache (for Steam to compare your game data) and fresh configuration files.

Have you previously modded your game? When you open the Skyrim Launcher and check behind the Data Files view, what files can you find from there?

well, i did some somethings with volume , change it to 16bits 44khz and deleted xfire (stupid gaming program) and it worked... for like on eday

maybe i have some virus or something, maybe i should reinstall whole computer, but i really dont wanna do that
Hmm...I wonder is it crashing right when the sound first starts playing. The "sound" thing sounds suspicious
No pun intended of course. :P
