I believe this mod will do that but also add a lot of new werewolf mechanics:

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/12687/?

This should also be obtainable via player.addspell on the console to get the beast form power but I don't know what the ID is.

Sure. If you try the mod, let us know how it plays. I'm kinda interested to try it, haha.

If you don't want any additional werewolf mechanics, or you have a seperate mod in mind, id actually recommend using Moonlight Tales.
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/35470/?
It allows you to have random werebeast encounters in your world, playable werebear as an alternativeand change your werewolf skin to a custom one if you want, but doesnt add any extra mechanics, you can also use the debugging menu in that to grant yourself the disease or just beast form straight up. You can also use moonlight tales to get infected from the werebeast npcs and infect your followers and control their transformations as well.

That's interseting but awfully heavy if she just wants to become a werewolf. I forgot to mention that the mod I linked to lets you disable the new mechanics if you don't want them.

You can disable anything in MoonLight tales as well if you dont want to use it, its just a nice way to include werewolves and werebears in the world and in your party without changing the actual mechanics of the werewolf itself. I mainly suggest it because even in lieu of all the other features, I just enjoy being able to customise the appearance of my werewolf.

That's true. If she cares enough to be a werewolf to be one without doing the Companions quest line, maybe she'll like to be able to retexture her werewolf. :)

I also like moonlight tales because its very compatable with the various other werewolf overhauls that might not be compatable with each other. So say if you find an overhaul you like that doesnt touch infection options, but has really nice perks or buffs etc, moonlight tales can handle that for you.

I'd like a werewolf with an ear to ear, razor tooth full, salivating smile.

all of those are very good offers..but i think i will go with Moonlight Tales since you can make your followers werewolf's...i liked that...thanks for the ideas all of you :)
