My follower kneel in 2 hitts....
Hey

I got Ghortak a orc as a follower, when i first found him he could take around 20 hits before he died, now im lv 23 and he littary dies by 2 shots, making him completly useless. He got upgraded dwarven heavy armour so that shouldnt be the problem....

Any one got any advice how to solve this problem? Maybe a mod or something?

You could try forcing him to level up with you: Open the console and click on him (obviously)
Type in - SetLevel 1000,0,1,80 (where 80 is his max level) and hit return. Job done! :-)

At what dificulty do you play ?
If it is on "legendary" its ok that the enemy/s is/are so strong.
So, at that dificulty (legendary) you need more brain and less "straight_away" ;)

Difficulty does not make enemies any stronger, or affect to your followers in any way. You should not see your follower getting down any faster or slower just by changing the difficulty.

Difficulty levels affect only to player's ability to deal and take damage. If the effect of these setting are unclear, then they can be found a the end of this page.

I play on expert since start, and when i got my follower he could take atleast x10 more hitts than he can now with proper armour.

Or, you could load AFT (Amazing Followers' Tweaks) and it has a follower auto-leveling system which you may also adjust

Nope. I'll explain.
1000 = same level as you
0 = no variation to your level (you "can" set higher or lower)
1 = his minimum level regardless of the previous "0"
80 = his max achievable level regardless of the aforementioned "0"

He'll simply be your level up until he hits level 80 or whatever level you choose.

i dont fuck with you~~~ Aug 21 @ 5:16pm
As the problem has been solved, the reason why he died was because he doesn't scale with you. When you found him, say you found him level 5 he was good enough to take on other level 5s but when you leveled up and enemies scale with you a level 5 vs a level 20 would get rekt,
