Looking for a particular mod that I can't seem to find.
(Not sure if this belongs in the Workshop thread; it has to do with Workshop content, but just finding it, not making or modifying it.)

Before I took a break from Skyrim this past winter, I found a mod with a promising premise. I came back today and it seems I've neither favorited it nor subscribed to it. I'm sure it is (or at least was) on the Workshop, but nothing I've searched so far has yielded results.

The one I'm looking for swaps the effects of "Fortify <school>" potions with the effect on mage robes, "<school> spells cost x% less to cast. Magicka regenerates y% faster."

So, essentially, the mod makes it so that the potion effect reduces spell costs and the robes improve the actual magnitude/damage/duration (I only remember the Destruction effect, but I think it affected all schools) while still improving Magicka regen.

To the best of my knowledge, the mod didn't change any spells or perks, it just swapped those two effects.

So, have you seen this mod?

That does the trick, but I'm not sure why there's not something to that effect on the Workshop. I was sure I'd seen it there.

My understanding is that there was a Workshop refresh a while back where we lost a lot of great content due to the authors no longer monitoring their content, and Steam pulling the rug out from underneath them. Those who did notice got back up, while those who went on to bigger and brighter things still have no clue.

The Nexus has a lot to offer and gaming is an ever-changing interest/hobby anyway. It seems reasonable to me that such a simple mod wouldn't hold attention like the spell packs and armor sets. Not saying that that I dislike that sort of thing, but subtle changes in the game mechanics are sometimes much more satisfying to me.

You could contact the mod author and get permission to upload to the workshop.

That's a darn good idea, and thanks for the link earlier.
