It honestly depends on your playing style.
Damage bonses in Shrouded armor make it much more powerful armor for someone who focues playing as assassin.
Thieve's Guild armors (standard and guild master) are best armors for someone focusing playing as a thief.
Nightingale armor is the best armor for someone playing on stealthy spellsword and/or survival mods like Frostfall.
As for your bow (if you use archery), I'd go with the Nightingale Bow until you can craft your own.
Dawnbreaker is pretty loud, and from what I can remember will alert nearby enemies to your presence. I am not entirely sure about that, but I know it is explosive when it comes to murdering the undead.
The only other swords I have is a blades sword and a honed ancient nord sword
Right about the same time, though, I got one called Boethia Ritual armor, or was that the ebony ones? Going on memory that is sketchy at best. :-(
