Nope, high damage and you are still able to get sneak attack bonuese since it is a 1-hand weapon. Dawnbreaker is pretty loud, and from what I can remember will alert nearby enemies to your presence. I am not entirely sure about that, but I know it is explosive when it comes to murdering the undead.
