The Elder Scrolls Anthology Steam Code problem
So I bough the Elder Scrolls Anthology half year ago and I immediately activated the code for my account and get the Skyrim Legendary Edition and I was happy with it. Now, half year later I wanted to play with the previous games becouse I turned into a lore-freak but I don't have a DVD player in my gamer laptop becouse of the SLI second videocard, so I can't install them from the DVD-s. I thought theres must be codes for them too, but I can't found any, so I googled a bit and found out that one key was for all 3 games. What I have In my purchase history is this: "Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Legendary Retail (EasternEU)" Can anyone tell me what kind of trickery is this?

I'm not sure what kind of answer you're expecting here.

Get your box and find a number to call.

I'm expecting that someone had similar problems and will give me some tips about what can I do about it. I wrote mails for my local gamestore and the distributor company but they did not write me back.

Go to Steam Library, right click Skyrim, select Properties, select DLCs. Are they listed?

Yes, they are, my problem is this: "As a bonus, the included Steam key will activate Steam versions of Morrowind GOTY and Oblivion GOTY Deluxe." -from official bethesda forum. My Anthology key activated only Skyrim Legendary Edition.

You should've phrased it that way on the get-go. This isn't the official Skyrim forums where there are actual Bethesda people you can ask "Can anyone tell me what kind of trickery is this?" from.

Edit: @grimus His boxed game also has Morrowind and Oblivion.
Edit2: Already answered.

Well it's more like a Steam problem than something that bethesda people can answer, plus theres no way to contact with the steam support becouse theres no such a category for this, and who else can I beggin for help that the steam community?...

If I got a faulty key, I'd go to the people who gave me the key first. You could aslo try to post on the actual Steam help subforum where I assume Steam people look into:

Yeah, I hate email support. There's no acknowledgement that they got my email at all. That's why I always prefer to call although that can be infuriating in it's own way. >_<

If you've installed the anthology key then it should give you access to all the relevent downloads already, no need to install via DVD's, at least I didn't.

Just download the titles that should be on your account, it'll automatically download all the DLC content too.

If thats not working you'll have to contact Steam Support.

There is only one key. You should see "Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind" and "Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion" in your Library as well as Skyrim.

Have you scoured your packaging for a slip of paper? Keys are important to us but the way they are often packed.. slip tossed in the box with a graphic on the front and the key on the back etc makes it easy to overlook them.

Please note that even on the Bethesda site it doesn't state that there is only the one key: "as a bonus, the included Steam key" does not neccessarily mean the SAME key as the Anthology. Don't have that version so I can't say but I would check if just to eliminate the face-palm possibility.

It was secured correctly with stickers and stuff. I was afraid to say that I purchased the Eastern European version which comes with just English and Polish languages, and does not included the ESO sticker as I saw in an US unboxing video, but everithing was the same, The included Anthology piece of paper has that 3x5 type code, so there was nothing unusual about it (but I'm sure everyone will say now that the problem is that its not the western region version).

Well my another problem is, I cant handle that support thingy what they made... Its no such category even for skyrim just ESO... so I cant even describe my problem for them....

Any chance you can borrow or buy an external usb disc drive?
Ohmlaash Aug 6, 2014 @ 9:30am
Well thats not the problem, even I get a disc drive and able to install and play those probably drm free games from the dvds...they are still not in my steam library...
