Object Activation Delay
When I activate a lever or a door, it will usually take 3-5 seconds, depending on the object or item activated. I don't know what is causing this, but I think it's traces of the "Animations" mod from the Steam Workshop. I didn't use it, so I deleted it, then this happened. If there are any solutions or other theories/helpful facts about this question, please recommend anything. :spycon:

You're probably right, it sounds like a high script latency. Did you follow the uninstall instructions to the letter? Regardless, try Hadoram's Savegame Script Cleaner to remove what is probably excessive script redundancy.
