Arcwind Point wordwall?
I've killed the Dragon and all the other foes in the area. I have searched the entire area several times over and and I can't locate the wordwall. Can anyone help me out?

Err You're joking ... right. Ok when you stand at the tomb in the middle you see it is on the left.

It's up a stairs (not the big one).

Your edit: reply showed a picture of the Dragon with the wordwall in the background. It's not there in my game. I'm not in this area because of a quest, nor do I have any DLC or mod's. I found this place while looking for Autumnwatch Tower. Wiki mentioned a patch for Dawnguard which I don't own that, patches this.

If you don't have Dawnguard there is no wordwall.

Thank you for the replies. I didn't realize that some Dragon lairs didn't have wordwalls. Sorry for the tail chasing.

Speaking of the Word Wall up at Arcwind Point, for some reason I can't seem to learn the Word there. I go right up to the Wall so I can acquire the Word, but it doesn't activate when I go there. If memory serves, it went through the usual process of my character learning it and nothing even happened afterward as the game didn't indicate what the Word I'm supposed to learn was. Is it a glitch in the vanilla game, or could it be because of a mod?

Have you the unofficial patches?

No, I don't have the unofficial patches. Those are available only on the Nexus if I'm correct, but I don't have an account there, nor do I intend to make one since there are plenty of good mods on Steam. I can just find something here and click the subscribe button; once that's done, I can let the mods auto-update. It's pretty much a simple two step process of finding something you like and subscribing to it with just one click, which I think is better than having to download mods off of Nexus and manually update them.

Yeah, without the DLC, that word wall won't even show up. (I thought it was Dragonborn) *shrugs*.

You don't need to have a paid account for downloading from Nexus. And trust me, you will want those patches as they fix many bugs from the game.

I'm aware of that, but I prefer the Workshop instead since I find it easier to use mods from there. Like I said, it only takes one click to subscribe and you can just let mods auto-update. It's a lot faster than doing it through Nexus as mods have to be updated through a manual process. I'm not interested in spending a lot of time updating mods that way, so the Workshop is sufficient enough for me in my opinion. Sure, it had some issues such as the fifty mod bug and the glitch that made mods unviewable on the Workshop, but it's been pretty stable so far.

Then carry on you will be missing a lot data and unfinish quests etc.
Edit: they enchance the game they don't break it.

I understand that, but I'm sticking with the Workshop since I feel it's sufficient enough as I said. You're right that there may be quests left unfinished along with data that's still needed, but I do not want to spend time focusing on that. I simply want to take what the game and Workshop mods provide and have as much fun as possible when I play.

I won't be harsh, but it's a fact that the greatest mods aren't on STEAM ...
