Your Laptop should be able to run skyrim easily enough, try playing about with the graphics settings in game menu until you find the right setting then use them.

..With this you can run Skyrim without any mouse-lagging.

I can actually recommend D3D9Gen[www.nexusmods.com]. It's endorsed by over 812 users and has been around for quite a while. Basically you either choose your card or let it detect your card and it'll give you a semi-customized .dll file. Don't be fooled by it being under the NV section, it works perfectly fine with Skyrim.

EDIT: also to make things clear, I am an end user who did not create or help create D3D9Gen.

Well googling .dll files isn't the best practice (to understate it).
.dll files are, if I recall correctly, executable (not in the way that .exe files are executable, mind you) files. If harmful, they do have a potential to give your PC viruses or bring other sorts of harm.

Here's my question: would you replace a .dll file in your System32 folder with something you found blindly on Google? No? Okay then.

What are you even saying? Please make some sense?
I didn't say "Don't put any .dll files into you Skyrim folder EVER", I said "Don't put .dll files that you found blindly via Google in your Skyrim folder"

And I think I do know what I'm talking about considering I have studied and done modifications to various operatings systems and video games (including Skyrim!).

Finally, I don't play with Skyrim "with lags". I actually have optimized it and I have it running on high graphics with high res textures which is quite the accomplishment considering my bad graphics card.

EDIT: Also, I did link to a D3D9 generator that improves performance greatly. So I'd consider myself at least some help.
