Bethesda has dissolved the team who made Skyrim, so it won't happen. The slack is taken up by those who make the Unofficial Patches.

The game works fine for a lot of people.

I have 55 mods for my current playthrough which is at the 98 hour mark, and I've yet to have a single CTD. And I don't any of the Unofficial patches either.

The problem is never with the game itself ... but rather, with the mods: load-order, conflicts, mod size, out-dated mods ... etc. Shall we run Skyrim without mods what-so-ever, the game will be fine ... it is when we start to mod Skyrim, the issues start to come-out: it is a risk we have to take shall we want to enjoy the mods.

Then use LOOT, first line of information in getting a stable game with mods. As you can see mine is a loot report of my entire game, usually I only look at summary, if there is a number in warning or error sections then you must act on it.

If you don't consider Dawngaurd a mod, then I can tell you a bug where the game would crash if you don't go hunt down Jiub's stupid poem in the Soul Cain. The game was crashing quite a bit for me, then searching around for answers sure ♥♥♥♥ that stupid quest was causing the bug. I completed the quest and haven't had a crash since. So some of the problems are on the Bethesda side of things as well.

I have LOOT and about 40 mods, and I crash every 15 minutes.
2 month old system running Win 7
i7 4770k
Dual GTX-770's
16 gigs of RAM
10 fans running in a CoolerMaster 932
and Skyrim installed on a 512 SSD

Everything is clean and verified.

Yet I crash like its going out of style.

I just figure at this point, its the game itself.

(I was using BOSS with my old PC and never had a problem though)

DLCs are official ESMs not ESPs, and install the unofficial patches and yes there are missing scripts in them that what the unoffficial patches fix.
Noppius Jul 31, 2014 @ 12:13am
Do you get any info when your game crashes?
A list of the mods could also help. And what is your LOOT report?
Also, have you installed SKSE 1.7 with the SKSE.ini part? That or Shenon's solution on Nexus that can be found under SSME. And do you have an ENB installed? New ones have ENBoost features included so they benefit from Boris solutions to video memory usage.

A lot of things can be the problem, even if you have LOOT running and a killer system to play on.

Edit: also the dual GTX could cause problems. There are guides/help pages on dual graphics cards systems.

U.S Ag3NT I advise you to install TES5Edit and run it, when you load the mods and OK it, click on the tag below the back groung loader, 'messages' and wait until it finishes loading and read what it says it will show warnings, small errors and major errors like ERROR 2 which will stop TES5Edit in its tracks right at the mod, which is it telling you it need to removed or re down load it.
TES5Edit will clean your files.

On the subject of cleaning: is it wise to also clean the masterfiles with TES5edit ? I read about some crashes caused that way.
Kelvy Jul 31, 2014 @ 12:38am
Only file you don't clean is Skyrim itself, the update and DLCs are ok to clean.

Ive cleaned every mod I put in.
I followed a couple instructional videos and have used TE5EDIT ever since.

No warnings, no red text, nothing.

The only thing that I believe it might be is nVidia Experience optimization. Because before I "optimized" the game according to the newest drivers, I would only crash about every 30-45 minutes.
