Anyone willing to help?
So I recently re-installed Skyrim on my pc, When it finished installing I noticed that my subscribed mods are not in my load order. and they do not work when i start the game. I have tried re installing twice, unsubscribing and re subscribing, and much more. does anyone have any ideas?

Did you wait until they loaded completely in the Skyrim launcher ? It will say something allong the line of Synchronization Complete. Then you can look in the Data section.

Try this, see if it works. Go to data at startup. Go to bottom of mod list and click on OK. Wait until curser jumps to top of list. Scroll down and see if the mod has a check mark now. Takes a while for the mod to be installed. Worked for me. Or did I misunderstand and you don't have a list of mods in data at all? Also when one subscribes there is a small loading bar at the bottom of the mod description, one must wait until the load bar is completed. Sorry if this sounds too simplistic. I'm sure you know how to install a mod if you have played with mods before re-installing the game.

when i look at data files, ive got my load order filled with my nexus mods. but subscribed item dont even download, I left my pc on the launcher for about an hour yesterday, and still nothing. They were all working fine until i re installed my game the other day, I was trying to get rid of some Enb files, i didnt know where they were so i just re installed. (hopefully to make performance better, which it did) but once I re-installed, the workshop wasnt working for me.

just noticed that when i re subscribe to the mods, my steam downloads tab says skyrim workshop content and it takes a few seconds to download so i know steam is downloading them (or atleast trying). maybe its putting them somewhere else that isnt the skyrim data folder.
