Problem with launch Skyrim

Hi, could somedody help me?
I bought Skyrim Legendary edition, installed it with 3 DLC´s (Dawmguard, Dragonborn and Hearthfire). Instalation was successful, so I pushed PLAY and nothing happened. Notebook crashed, freezed. So I found new version of my graphic card, download it, installed it. I tried everything again. This time it was more promising. New graphic set my properties about the game graphic, high resolution etc. Then again, I pushed PLAY, Skyrim window jumped, screen became black, I heart sound, but then again nothin, pc crushed, blue window jumped with restarting process. I´ve read a lot of forums, articles with many ideas of solution.
My pc is 2 years old. I dont think problem is with requirements on my PC.
I´m helpless :( Dont know what to do.
What I did:
- dowloaded the newest upload of my graphic card
- I´ve got operation system (WIn 10)-no other uploads
- tried in steam- properties-> local files-> verified integrity of game cache (there was written, that one file wasnt dowloaded a will be dowloaded again)
- I changed propertis of Skyrim launchapp-> i checked "run as administrator"
