how to fix bug with Lucia (hovers in the air)

The problem is that lucia does not sit on a bench, but just hovers in the air
she's not responding to what is happening around
All modes are disabled

(In Vanilla, you can't attack children. They might run away, but never take damage or fight back.)

And the bug is common that one NPC dont sit at the right place.
Can be fixed whit mods.

There is a clear mistake in game mechanics and I ask how to fix it
And you answer me saying what I'm doing, why I check it, really ,let all NPCs stand like logs and do not react to the world around them, I think If it were so a game became better, it's sarcasm for very gifted ones

I DID READ YOUR POST.
And as said before, it is one common bug. Solved whit mods.
You can find them at Nexus. I will not give you the links.

And if you really need to know, when you attack one sitting NPC the game needs to do one animation. But since children are protected, that animation will not start. Happy?
