I've had a lot of fun with it (on a non steam verison, which is not different).
But if you like to cause havoc then you'll have a lot of fun. What happens if you put the Sun next to Earth? Or two Suns next to each other? Or a black hole? Or why not increase the black hole mass in our galaxy to thousand times its size and see what happens?
Or perhaps a thousand footballs around Earth?

If you're looking for any story, RPG elements, action etc. then you probably shouldn't buy it.

As you increase the speed of time passing (the time step) the accuracy of the simulation decreases. As a low time step or speed... it's quite accurate. Here's more info on that: http://universesandbox.com/faq/#sim
