Why iss this Game not in German? :-(

Most likely it's the same reason as usual: The publisher for the german version is not the publisher of the original version (they bought the rights to distribute the game in german-speaking countries and added the german translations/audio). Therefore, they cannot add the german audio, because they don't own the rights on the language/audio files... There are many games that were even developed in germany but don't have german language in the steam version.

Yeah. But sometimes there are "language packs" or a "language patch", i didn't search the internet but maybe you can find something by googling these expressions. However, they are usually inoffcial (i.e.: not really legal)

Steam has some Games without the German Synchro. z.b. Tomb Raider Collection, Thief Collection usw.

Used to play it in German when it first came out. Its really hard to get used to it. Sounds wierd for me. ^^

Same thing with the Russian language - with this and many other games. On the website of Russian distributor game is no longer mentioned.
Well, at least, I have not so bad with the English. Anyway still bad - at one time the localization of the game for a actors work set very high marks. One of the two games that, in my memory, were considered in the translation is better than the original (second - Aquanox). Some people still believe that the best option with English audio and Russian subtitles.

But the original version of the game was in spanish? At least Pendulo is a spanish developer? I agree with xCrunchii, the english voices sound strange...

Wenn du mal zu den Guides schauen würdest, würde dir auffallen das sich dort ein Guide befindet, wo erklärt wird wie du das Spiel auf Deutsch umstellen kannst. Hauptsache du hast hier erstmal einen neuen Tread eröffnet.

Ja und wenn du den thread richtig gelesen haettest, waere dir aufgefallen dass er nach dem "warum" fragt ;-). Die Loesung die im guide zu lesen ist, ist wie schon erweaeht, ein bisschen problematisch: Die Sprachdateien haben ein Copyright, wenn der Download nicht offiziell vom Publisher kommt, ist das tatsaechlich ne Raubkopie...

Nenee, keine Werbung, ich hab nur erwaehnt dass es sowas gibt. Ich hab da ja auch im Anschluss geschrieben dass es meisst nicht wirklichlich legal ist ;-). Ich kann es aber sehr gut verstehen dass man sich so n Patch holt - "man hat ja schliesslich fuer das Spiel gezahlt" ;-)

Eben und wenn die Lizensinhaber sich weigern den Kunden entgegenzukommen, muss sich eben anderweitig geholfen werden und dazu ist die Community da.

Also ich finds toll dass jemand diesen Tread aufgemacht hat. Ich hab als erstes hier gesucht und dank Edelplastic auch die Lösung gekriegt. Danke :)

Why do people whine and complain about things like these? It's usually cause the gaming company is aiming at a certain player base... . sounds like typical emotionally unstable german stereo types same goes for anyone anywhere.. you people are pathetic.. you think everything is about you...you...you yet you don't understand why they do these things.. its the same reason why japan won't release certain games in other countries but their own.. but not completely..

Ich würde eine Übersetzung ins Deutsche und weitere Sprachen auch gut finden. So mal das Spiel schon auf CD raus Kamm und es, da eine deutsche Version gab.
