Cutscenes ending too early

This Issue happened to me several times already, both after Eggman Bossfights, the Cutscenes would end too early. For example i didn't see how Eggman was kidnapped from his Death Egg Robot or right after the Egg Dragoon fight.

What the hell Sega?

I have the same problem with the egg-man abduction cutscene for some reason it was acting like it was automatically using the skip command and the only fix to this was unplugging the game controller wtf
