Bad idea.

- This game have horrible reputation. Beyond repair
- '06 have a serious, fundamental design flaws - not only glitches Graphics, Voice acting and gameplay mechanics are also unredeemable
- Artstyle that should not happen in any other Sonic game - Real humans + Sonic and Co. simply don't work
- This would be costy and the "fans" of '06 are too small to justify the cost
- Most gamers want to forget about this game. It should't happen and reviving it in favor against ex. HD Remixes od the Original Genesis series or the Adventure series is just a dumb move.

You have your rework in the Generations Crisis City. This is a fine level in Generations and many people still are raged that Sonic team tried to revive anything from the '06. In my opinion Sonic team did a good job with Modern and Classic Crisis City and '06 should be never ever mentioned in any other project.

BrianuuuSonic's Sonic 06 rework looksl ike it's going to make at least a decent game out of that mess.
