No we don't.
The main problem is everyone who owns SG would be required to have Sonic GMI downloaded to have any mods working. You can't have a Steam Workshop for a game that initially isn't built to be modded. SEGA would need to make the Sonic GMI program a semi "official" thing and add it to the regular SG Steam installation files.
And we all know SEGA's never gonna do that.
Most Steam Workshop games are M for Mature and Indie Games. Most AAA Games dont give a ♥♥♥♥.
Dota 2
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive
Team Fortress 2
Football Manager 2014
Sid Meier's Civilization V
Garry's Mod
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
7/10 Top Played Games On Steam have Workshop support, and Counter-Strike 1.6 is one of the games that doesn't. Which is a mod of Half-Life 1, and was around LONG before Steam Workshop was ever a thing.

That is quite a bit, and there are a lot of big name games on that list of 98.
