Casino Night DLC - free on PC, but what of console?

I do not own Sonic Generations on PC, but on PS3. I did not preorder the game and therefore did not get the Casino Night DLC - its absence has always bothered me. I've considered getting the PC version SPECIFICLY for that for that reason. However, I noticed a thing on the store page saying that all current and future owners are gettingthe DLC for free. So... does that apply only to PC copies, or do you know if the console versions have gotten the same treatment? I've tried googling it, but I haven't found any info one way or another.

This applies only for the PC version I think. I mean the Xbox360 and PS3 are dead consoles anyway and I think it would cost the money to update the DLC and stuff.

In the USA region, the console DLC was exclusive to GameStop preorders. No one here has been able to buy Casino Night on a 360 or PS3 since 2011.

Other countries had alternatives like the collector's edition, PSN store, or Xbox Live store.

What about the UK console now? I do own Casino Night on my PC copy, but not the 360 one because I got it for my birthday and it wasn't a pre-order.

I don't know for certain, but codes from the European collector's edition should work in the UK.
