game seems as thouhgh the up button is being held

I cant seem to find this problem anywhere else so i figured to try here. i dont have any problems with resolution, fullscreen or audio with the game however whenever i start it up and i get into the menu it just keeps scrolling up. Does someone anywhere have this problem or it's solution?

You have probably solved it by now, but for anyone else having this problem, I had to uninstall vJoy and my drivers I used for my gamecube controller. If you have any similiar drivers installed, that may be the problem. Not really the best solution, but at least it works.

i have actually not solved this problem. also i dont use Vjoy i just use the drivers that windows installed for the 360 controller that i use.
