yes it really works just make sure to follow the instructions and everything will be fine. Also click SADXPC 2010 (Steam/Dreamcast Collection edition) link not the mirror

shame we couldn't get the actual fixes for the steam versions, at least its prettier.

Yeah, I tried to do this, and I couldn't get it to work. Maybe somebody can help me figure out what I am doing wrong?

When I tried to extract the resources to the sounddata and system folders, but it never asked me to replace anything. Any ideas?
