Is this version worthy?
For years i play SADX on PC, i still have the original PC version from 2003/2004, and it worked great on Windows XP, but on Windows 7 it never reaches 60 FPS, although its the very same computer, and now that i changed my old 4:3 monitor for a Samsung S19E310 (a 16:10) the game doesn't work very well on Fullscreen mode, the HUD gets cropped by the black bars, and on Windowmed mode it get even more laggy (and streched).

You might know that the original PC version had many graphics and effects removed from the Game Cube remake (even from the Dreamcast version), so does this version have everything on it? Is Mission mode on it? What about the performance? Any cut content? Glitches, bugs? Resolution? Does it work well on a 16:10 monitor?

It's the same PC port from 2004, but for Full HD resolution and Dreamcast texture install BetterSADX mod, it's easy to setup. Also it fixes the framerate. Check Better SADX group in Steam for more info.

Just open Chrome and leave Youtube running in the background. Game will be 60 frames smooth.

It definitely is. At first I was afraid of the Steam version because of the blue borders which make you feel like you're running the game on an emulator, and a lot of glitches which weren't familiar to me from the original PC version. But (as mentioned before) BetterSADX fixes every issue that can come up, and gives you absolute freedom to customize the game. You can set up the game from a launcher and choose from a lot of options, from screen scaling to Dreamcast models, it all depends on you how you want to play. So yes, the Steam version worths buying, but needs a minimal manual modification.
