Getting Close To No FPS

I can boot the game up fine. Menus are fine. But as soon as I start a game, everything lags horribly.

I turned off Anti-Aliasing, Disabled the Hardware Anti-Aliasing and made it full screen.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

it happens to me too cuz I use google chrome for example! When I turn my browser off and start the game again - all is fine and dandy! I checked it many times - it seems its reaaly the reason - for some reason this game doesn't want to be "friendly" to any browsers opened lol.

Just tried it without the browser and I still had FPS issues. But thanks for the help!
