Kinda like Azure Dreams?
I know it won't be 100% a like but anyone who played Azure Dreams remember this odd little game that kinda played many roles to overall make a really humble fun game was just wondering if this game kinda give that vibe. :B1:

Ahh well Azure Dreams was a really fun game it was an odd mix of Monster Rancher, Dungeon crawl, Dating sim, town builder, etc etc it was just a REAL fun game with a great story.

You are just running a store (Buying merchandise, reorganizing the store, dealing with customers, ripping off adventures with overpriced equipment, and things like that)

There is a dungeon crawling aspect which which you control adventurers (the same ones you sold overpriced equipment) which you gather materials from monsters and fight bosses.

The game starts you off in debt and yoiu need to pay it off. There is a story which you need to go through dungeons to progress through out different playthoughs. There is no dating sim, town builder, and monster ranching elements but I would recomend Recettear if you like the demo.

Yeah, I can't really find any way to compare this to Azure Dreams other than the randomized dungeon crawls, which honestly account for very little of this game's primary gameplay. However, it's still worth it if you like sim/micromanagement games.

well.. while this game don't have all of that
I gotta admit.. you have sold me on Azure Dreams.. xD (too bad it is not on pc ;_;)

Anyways, this is more about buying, selling and going into dungeons.
I'd recommend trying out the demo tho

It should also be noted that Azure Dreams actually got a semi-direct sequel: Tao's Adventure on Nintendo DS. It handles closer to the Game Boy Color version of Azure Dreams, but it is an in-universe sequel nonetheless.
