I can't get the Amber dungeon...

I can hire both the Thief and the Magician, but I still haven't seen the cutscene that enables it. I can only access the Jade place and I'm a few days away from having to pay 200,000 pix. What gives???

I've already completed The Jade Way, all 15 floors and the boss run. I can hire Charme as an adventurer as well as Caillou. It may be a possibility I skipped the the cutscene by mistake, but would that really mess it up?

Also, I have two copies of the book, one on display and the other on one of my shelves.

I've been checking the square for the event and nothing. I can't do it all the time because it's eating into precious time to make 200,000 pix. Although it's hard to do it by only finding crap in the Jade Forest.

Finally, on the 28th day, Charme came in and told me about it. Why did it take so long??? Now it's too late because I owe that money so I have to pratically sell everything.

Hey guys i'm sorry to revive this old thread but I'm having the same issue. I've read the wiki and I know exactly what must happen for the Amber Garden to unlock but I still haven't received Charme's drunken visit lol. NO idea why this is happening and I'm reaching the 200.000 deadline too :/ My shelves have the book and someone else buys it everytime lol. Any ideas?

I wish I could tell you what I did (if anything) to have that event occur, but I honestly don't remember. I'd like to play this game again, but I have a feeling this is going to happen again and ruin the fun.
