Is this a glitch or something?
I've beaten the Electrojelly well over 10 times by now and it has never dropped anything anywhere. Is there a bug in this version of the game, and would it be fixed later or not? Is anyone else getting drops from it?

You would think in 10 or 20 kills of the boss I would at least get the common drop.

Edit: Strange how the world works sometimes, after killing it like 20 times, I give up and make this topic, then the next time I kill it, it drops something, but if it takes 20 kills for the common drop, I can't imagine how hard it's going to be to get the rare ones...

Well, it's all about luck really. Though I didn't think had to kill the boss 10 to 20 times to get a drop? Luckily boss rushes exist.

Yeah that was rare indeed. Imagine you slaughter a cow and you don't get any meat.

That's really weird, I definitely killed it without any drops at least 10 times, but since I made this topic, it seems they drop something around half the time now.

Boss drops are complete BS like that.

I hate the randomness of trying to get specific items so much. I need 4 Back Scratchers, and I did several dungeon runs, going through 2 entire dungeons (that contain the item, of course), and I didn't even get one...

Boss drops are noticeably more common in Crystal Nightmare Boss Rush, FWIW.

If those seem out of your league, don't worry -- pretty much any fused items that require boss drops also require items you're not likely to see until the postgame anyway. Most of your fusion list, even a good deal of the level 2's and about a third of the 1's, are impossible to make until Obsidian Tower or later.

I guess that's a good thing. I wasn't looking forward to trying to beat a stronger version of the last boss (who I just understood the name of today) a thousand times to try to get the rare drop. Considering I haven't even been able to make it halfway to fighting it because of all the other bosses. I haven't even cleared the normal floors yet, but I think I could do those, I just had bad luck with bombs and stopped trying for a while.

I finally hit level 50 merchant, so now when I do Crystal Nightmare stuff, if I fail at least I can probably keep all the good stuff I find, since I never bring my own equipment, even though it does mean having a weaker adventurer.

At least I should be stocked on healing items for a while, I think I have over 300 Melons, and around 150 Healing Rings and Mont Blancs. I had around 6 million pix at one point, but figured there wasn't really a point to stockpiling it, so I decided to keep stocking up on tons of items.

God, just ran into something that usually causes me to immediately quit a game permanently. Played for about an hour grinding the same stupid boss rush, got 3 of the 4 back scratchers I needed, and the game crashed, and there's no autosave. So now I have to do the whole damn thing another hundred times, and hope I get at least as good of luck as last time...
