Because he uses speed hack all the damn time! And never gets banned!

He has been banned from the Official Servers already (for over a week now). For community servers you'll need to contact the server admin as they have their own mods of course.

This is a player with the same name but a different Steam account (almost certainly the same person of course). A confirmed instance of cheating on the new account will result in a permanent ban on all official servers.

Thanks for getting involved. One of the appeals to the game, is the lack of cheating that takes place compared to other games.

Before you make the accusation that someone is hacking, please check how many hours they have in the game and/or games like it.

People who have about 3k hours on high skilled/ competitive FPS are bound to be capable of kicking butt in a game where personal skill can have a direct and high influence on performance, and can even have an inverse effect on enemy performance.

I can assure that what you experienced was legitimate. He wasn't cheating.
