Oh, hehe, oops. Anyways the Xen levels and Deathmatch portion of Black Mesa have been post-poned until the second release. They are not going to announce a release date for the second release. Also, you don't even need Half-Life 2. All you need is Source SDK Base 2007, which can be found under the tools tab of your steam library.
It WILL have the complete story when the second release is. Right now it's everything from Black Mesa Inbound to Lambda Core.

The mod was voted to be greenlit on steam a while ago. Valve and the Black Mesa Development Team are working to get the steam release with Deathmatch and Xen ready. The BM devs have an agreement with Valve, and they can't release anything about the second release.
