Need help starting Half-Life.
I just bought Half-Life for my new laptop, but each time I open it it crashes. I tried the DEP fix thing, but it brings up a 'Runtime Error!' message when I start the game. I've got all the system requirements for the game, so it should work properly. I have Windows XP if that helps at all.

How would I start in compatibility mode?
Also, the same thing happens for my copy of Super Meat Boy.

I changed the DEP on the game and restarted the computer. I hope your problem gets fixed as well!
