How I can play with my friends ? When i create a new room they can't enter, someone knows the problem ?

Steampipe killed it years ago. You're gonna have to join an empty server and invite your friends.

Forward port 27015. Create your game.
If 'Friends List->Right Click friend->Join Game', or the server browser Friends Games tab doesn't work, then give your friends your IP address and have them put "connect that.number:27015" in the console.
