Cranial Hacking Problem

I got a black market biomod and installed it no problem but when I tried to hack a computer it won't let me change anything.How do I change anything after hacking?

Depends on what you're trying to do. A level 1 Neural Interface biomod will let you hack things for the most part, level 2 lets you activate and deactivate turret guns, and level 3 allows you to switch a turret's targeting parameters (make it friendly to you and hostile to enemies) as well as give you control over it.
If you're just trying to do something like disable a camera and you've got the biomod at level 1, your game might be glitched. Try restarting or reinstalling.

I had this problem too, but I figured out what was wrong.

By default, the Enter key is your use/pick up key. It also controls the options in security computer. However, if you change the use/pick up key in the options menu, you still have to use the Enter key to change the settings in security computers.
