my favorite out of all the Hitman games which is why I've gone back to this game SO MANY TIMES. No doubt the satisfaction is diminishing cuz i've played it so many times but still once in a while I'll pick a random mission for a "hit" and feel like I did my job as Agent 47.
-pretty solid graphics for a 2006 game (even the visuals of the landscapes like the buildings in las vegas give a nice vibe)
-many ways to kill targets so it feels freeing to choose to to dispose them (by a gun, fiberwire, or poison, etc...)
-nice to be able to choose your loadout of weapons and you can customize them for improvement, which you can afford by completing missions. But doing so in a stealthier and less bloody way earns more money. Still, you can go on a shooting rampage if you want.
-something minor that annoys me is the sound of one of the main pistols. Not the famous silverballers that 47 uses, but the other one featured in the game that gives a weak sound.
-I've always kinda laughed at the first-person view in the Hitman games. the gun always looks smaller and weirdly shaped. they haven't really made it unoticable in this one imo.
-things that 47 can do feels limited (though, remember this was a 2006 game) like better hand-to-hand combat (if you are unarmed and attack someone it is either grab their gun or if they are not pointing a gun at you it's headbutt, punch, punch); no choke holds in the game, so if you want to knock someone out without punching them, its using a sedative which you only have 2 uses per level; no hiding in corners to peak out; lock-picking is automatic; dragging an enemy body is slow. Bottom line, you ain't the most effective assassin out there ever.
Overall, a highly replayable game. 9/10
