I got the achievement "ƧУƧ✞Ǝℳ ƎЯЯøЯ" which is "Complete the game without any deaths" but for some reason, I didn't get "ʏօʊ'ʀɛ ɨռ Ꮖɦɛ ɢǟʍɛ" which is "Complete the game". Did I miss anything?

what is the limit of items drop out in a week/day?

Basically since i dont play the game anymore i kinda traded alot of stuff away but some still remain which i cant get rid of. So if its possible id like to ask the developers of the game to remove the items from my inventory if possible. Thank you
