Is there anyone who can help me figure out this challenge - it has to be almost the worst, stupidest, most assinine challenge ever. (Next to Silent night and greater turkey s h i t ) I have tried and tried and tried, never enough fing mana to upgrade not enough timeto do anything, forget to hit 2 in time and its game over - what a piece a crap.

Are you using just minions? Cause you can use slow/strength aura's, buff beams and gas traps, really anything that doesn't cause damage. It may just be that your not high enough stats for it, I would guess about 3k+. I did with little higher stats than that, only issue was the bloody kraken, but he's always an issue for me.

you can fight and use regular towers on the last wave I believe so the kraken shouldn't be a problem also webbed enemies take 2X damage so one spider is like having 2x as many minions

I'm just frustrated and venting again but I will try the lots of spiders trick thanks softspokenman - since everything seems to have failed me so far. Yes around the 3 k for my summoner. And yes I do know about the other towers - I did make it through the others without using a DPS on the last wave and that was a trick. Especially when the dragon on the summit got stuck on a copter out of everything's range and hung there for about 5 minutes. Many choice words and some pictures to remind me of it. Avous thanks for the offer but no I will try it again and again until I die of old age or a new game comes out to keep me interested. (I'm sure it will not be DD2 by the sound of it)

eh, if your tower stats aren't acceptable enough for that map. it will own the crap out of you.. which is why i haven't done that challenge yet because i know ill fail without better gear

How you setup makes a big difference as well. http://ddplanner.com/?l=18266,egals-real-time-strat-setup is what I used. It's really close to what I use for survival, and it gets me through with no issues.

for this achievment i got really good at having a hit squad of ninjas i had run around clearing choke points. they can jump over things they have a decent short range aoe and they respond quickly to direction changes making them easy to manuever around ogers. i purposly put darkness/gas traps at key spots letting genies mess with them to weed out the waves with my ninja squad.

the 2nd best thing to do for this achievment is have multiple summoners. yes the waves get bigger. but if one constantly is building you can have have the other summoners putting ninjas and ogers on chokes (other summoners can use any other summoners minions). i got stuck on ramparts for days till i got 2 other summoners then passed it on the first try. we ended up steam rolling the rest of this achievment with little effort beyond that.

you dont need to be in overlord just cant do any damage the floating ability of the summoner is great for this and even more so in aquanos cause you can float over the waves and get mana. multiple summoners would help you greatly. (we tested this out several times long as pets are non combat your good)

silent night is really a joke long as you get the right team together biggest key is a barb runner. with whirlwind on they can leap up the walls fast and plant packages quickly. this was a huge life saver even more so on the last wave.

F this G D Challenge - I finally do give up - cannot kill the dumb Kraken - helpers were totally useless as well - cant repair anything let alone help kill beast.

This is one Boss it's easier to do solo, at least that's what I found. At the very least no more than two people, as long as the second can actually deal enough DPS to take the bugger down.

Egal Matreaux I spent all day yesterday getting my summoner up to 4k and as many hp as I could on my useless DPS Jester - I got it done finally - yippee - we had 4 p[eople; but a strong DPS called Bat Boy helped me out We took it down in less then 2 minutes (222 million HP) . Only a couple of poopy achievements left to go.

Congrats, I still have 3 left myself, two Greater Turkies and Temple O Love NM. Going to be awhile before I get those me thinks.
