Still waiting for Reply of Trendynet
It's already 10 days and i don't get a reply from Trendynet... I did send several Mails and they said a week ago that they will look on my case but stil nothing.. Did i do something wrong?

Did you do exactly this? Include all the levels and names and such? If so, I would suggest logging in, despite what it says about not logging in. My friend had waited two weeks after getting the initial response from TE, just waiting for a second reply. He never got one, but his heroes had been restored.

Foxxy - he didn't lose characters - he was banned for one reason or another and was trying to appeal it and is still waiting for a response.

Thinking they are busy with Dungeon Defenders 2. As to what you may have done wrong, it could be as simple as unknowingly having a hacked item in your possesion. Buyer beware.

I already did ask what i did wrong and it was a unknowingly hacked item in my item box.
They got a lack of employees so it will take long
