For any DLC maps, only the host needs to own it.

The above statement is false. It's strange, some maps only the host needs. others it requires all players to own it.

Well then can you provide a list of maps where that's the issue? I've ran KG and TL with people who don't own the DLC, I think TD too.

KG(They owned it.), Shards, and Boss Rush off the top of my head.

I though most time only the host need the dlcs, but after buying all dlcs in the sale i had to download about 900mb, so i guess there are maps where everyone need the dlc

The only DLC that all players need to have in order to play are the Quest for Eternia Shards Map. All others only the host needs to own the DLC.
