Failed to connect to trendynet

someon can help me? i get these error before i was in a dungeon and my internet shut down when it come back i try to play but this error apear

Palmer 11 - it happens from time to time? - several times a day but especiallly between 4-5:30 pacific time: every day. It must be done too keep the number of patron hits up - each of us signing in 4 or 5 times a day on special days 10-20 times. lol

i Restted my Router , Shut down steam, Went to see if it was blocked in firewall, Plugged my internet instead of having it wireless and even resarted computer 5 times nothing works...
