Did this. No achievement, no skin unlocked. After reading around it turns out I have to reach the final wave on NM City in the cliffs, which is a DLC map and not part of the campaign...

The Skin you will unlock is for the character you get with the DLC. You can join other people who run this map to get the achievement.

I agree.. it's a WTF moment, for sure. :\ TBF, the mission is a campaign one, regardless of DLC. :\ Kinda think Cliffs should never have been included, though.
