Bug- towers lose health when open forge

Twice over the last few days I go to the forge between waves to empty my inventory, and once Im done, all my towers on on 3 quarters health- even those I've just built or upgraded. Anyone else had this happening?

If you put on new gear that increases your tower health stat, then your towers maximum health will increase and they'll look like they've taken damage.
