Help please?

I just bought this game and im itching to play it but when I try to install it it crashes steam and gives me a pop up saying "steam.exe - disk drive not ready" what does this mean and how do I fix it? I'm really itching to play this and dont want it to be a waste of my money. please help :c

okay I restarted it and tried again and it still happened :c

nvm I tried a fourth time and at first it did the same thing but then in the background i saw it was ready to install

Yeah there seems to be a problem with the client, you are like the fourth person I see reporting such.
