Well, I know it's annoying as ♥♥♥♥, but you shouldn't be taking it personally, it's a common sight in this game, and many others for that matter.

Everyone eventually realizes that the way to play this game is soloing, if you want to do public games, only use DPS and don't be expecting anything out of anybody.

I hate to kick people, even so, some times I didn't have a choice, either it was a mass looter, a ninja looter risking the game to grab a piece before anybody else, a leecher, an afker, etc....

But yeah, some people do it to blow steam, think about it this way, imagine how their lives are , that the only way they can do it is hidding behind an screen and feeling almighty with a kick button.

But saying "up+rep" and you actually do, and do more then others, and you get kicked just because you are a squire lol ( what does not matter aslong you up & rep ) its the worst ♥♥♥♥ i could ever see.

True ! Although, there were some nice/helpful players.

I only kicked one player. I had a 30 something mage and a lvl 7x wanted to show us what a magnficant player he was.

True enough, there are awesome players out there, and the game really shines in tight team playing session. The people with attitude problems seem to be more common though, otherwise you wouldn't see so many "join=kick" games out there.

Well the problem is not the soloing myself maps, rather the disconnects you get after a hour, mostly its on wave 20~24, where its more frustrating. I'm not frustrated anymore about the time waste for build and disconnect. Thats why I'm "forced" to play a hosted game from someone else, because I never had a disconnect on a hosted.
I don't get why people kick on join, they don't even look on gear or your willing to upgrade and repair stuff. I mean, much peeps just join and leech and/or massloot, they don't even say "hello" to host and others who actually "DO" their job.
Those "join=kick" players should do a private match, rather hosted one with 3 slots left ( where host only is online ). I suspect that they do it with the intention.

They are just massive ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. If they don't want anyone in their game, they can just hide it or make a private game as you said.
I once joined a SKY CITY NMHC game, 3 guys were farming and they used the layout where you only build strong def on 2 crystals. I already knew that strategy, so when I came in they started to warn me, but I stopped them and told them everything they were gonna tell me, they decided to let me farm with them since they noticed I wasn't here for the loot or any stupid ♥♥♥♥♥. So you can also find good lads, don't just become like the other ♥♥♥♥♥, otherwise, it's meaningless, sometimes you gotta try out new stuffs and you might need people.

(assuming you are at the stage of knocking on the door to nightmare)
mana is not a huge issue, you should easily be able to find gear from the original campaign on insane to be able to complete glitterhelm caverns on insane that will net you probably around 1-2 million every run and it is quick. do this a few times and you should have enough money to purchase some gear with (don't go to those rip off shops that sell useless gear for 100 million, they are rare but there are shops about that sell gear at a sane price)

alternatively do some survival runs this will give you both mana and gear. you will not earn real mana until you are able to complete maps on nightmare. another option is to farm your first myth set by running endless spires/mistymire on nightmare opening the chests between waves and restarting.

a good place for lots of mana is the king's game and luckily someone has managed to complete this with very low stats: http://forums.trendyent.com/showthread.php?91542-Redefining-what-you-know-about-quot-stat-requirements-quot

and so the farming of king's game won't be too far off either

you need time and patience in order to progress, all my gear was farmed by myself only a huntress guardian was bought in order to tackle nightmare mode, a few hundred hours down the line and you will be able to successfully farm some of the hardest maps on the hardest difficulties (then you will feel the cold bitter sting of the RNG lol)
