multiplayer dead?

I just got this game today, and i go into steam multiplayer to try out some online experiences. When i get into it, i don't see any rooms at all. After that, i go into gamespy multiplayer, and yet i didn't see any rooms. Is this game dead or is it because of the game?

still has lots of life, question being what mode are you going into? there is 2 ranked and open. i know ranked still has many games but not sure about open since i havent played open yet and im a launch player

If you just started you're most likely Level 1-20 by now. Most games have a minimum join level, so you can't see them, but I assure you, once you hit level 70~ there will be more games.

Just played a few games of multiplayer, currently level 12 managed to get in one fine, also when I started a game, people joined quickly

Currently, I'm level 3 or 4 i think, so I guess I need to be high level to join.

I would suggest leveling in ranked mode. You can always copy your charactes to open mode later for whatever reason. You can not copy characters from open to ranked.

Most people play ranked online... I switched to that after 70 hours on local/open. It's been a very, very big difference. Lots of shops and games. People are pretty helpful too.
