Stuck on the Creating Game screen.

Now, I don't know if it's me only or something wrong with my computer, but my friend's game works fine in the way of creating a server or whatever, that of which we can play on. But, for me It doesn't go through, it just sits on that screen, then the Cancel button pops up and nothing. I've tried sitting through it, to see if it's jut taking awhile but, I think if it 15minutes isn't enough for it to go through, there's a problem.
