How To delete Saves And Start From the Beginning

Hello I have this game for over a year now, and I have all the characters level up, all staged completed etc. and I was wondering if there is a way I could delete all the saves so and start the game all from the beginning with not medals for completed maps, no level, no items in my forge all from the beginning.. Is there a way? Please help

i dont think so because it is saved on the steam cloud... unless you can delete it from there i dont think you can. you could just delete all of your characters and items and do it like that but well you wont get any new medals or achievments
