Highly doubt bans can be raised, ever.

Unless of course, you've got a lawsuit against them. So your best course of action would be to play on Open, that is TE's way of saying you can still play, but only with other Open players. If you ever want to go on Ranked again or have an 'unbanned' status, your going to have to create a new Steam account or use an alternative account, buy the game again and start from scratch. Asking for an appeal here is pointless, although you may recieve resolution if you send a ticket to Steam Support. Hope this helped.

P.S. I took a quick look at your stats and it says you've got all the achievements, ahah. If you got it legitimately, congratulations.

they ban your steam account not a key code ( I think) so if this is true you will need to make a new steam account

Yes, I complete all achievements legitimately. After ~10 tickets to support I tired.

In one day, when I complete my last turkey achievement with my party someone gift me good weapons and armors with better stats. I equip this - complete one match and exit the game. On next day - I'm banned. My fault, I know. I thought he my friend. Support don't understand me...
