Series EV perks

I'm a new player and i play series EV. How should I give points? More to hero or more to tower, maybe the most points to hero casting rate?

Depends. do whatever you like. casting speed is just repair speed and build speed. nothing to do with damage

Honestly, your best distribution of points for any character early on is tower damage if you plan on building any towers what so ever for them. With that said, EV is an amazing tower character to have, her buff beams are dependant upon your tower stats, therefore the more tower stats you have and the better they are, the better her buff beam becomes, which is invaulable.

As you level her higher, focus on tower damage and tower health, as these become the most valuable. You will gain your other stats with gear, including repair speed and build speed, and movement speed.

This pattern falls the same with every class.

Tower Squire? Focus on tower damage, and some small amounts into tower attack rate
Aura Monk? Focus on Tower Radius and Tower Damage
Trap Huntress? Focus on Tower Damage and Radius
Tower App? Focus strictly on Tower Damage
Summoner? Focus on Tower Damage and Tower Health
EV? Focus on Tower Damage and Tower Health
Jester? You should dps with this character, or make a ranged monk, or huntress / barb. Chances of spawning an ogre can cause death in some cases.

Tower Health is pretty important for auras also strength drain is your most important aura and it has the lowest health of all auras without good hp they can go down quick and also Auras lose hp constantly untill the wave is over even if no monsters are in them.

Correct, while Tower Health is important for auras, I would not invest points into the stat itself, you can allow gear to make up the biggest part of your aura's lifespan, or all of its lifespan.
