Trendy Entertainment stealing players money now?
Is this your new business strategy Trendy Entertainment? Taking people's money but not giving anything in return?

"The Tinkerer's Lab Mission Pack" DLC does not work with Linux. It does NOT work. It adds no new maps, no new weapons and no new costumes. You are literally paying for NOTHING when you buy this DLC for Linux. This problem was apparently reported to you months ago, but you have done nothing to fix it:

Are you serious Trendy Entertainment?

How can you keep a product in the Steam Store that does not even work? I am pretty sure there is something in the game developers Steam agreement that says when people give you money, you give them a product. Seriously guys, what is this? You are actually scamming people for their money now?

I don't expect you to reply to this, since your customer support is pretty much non-existent. But I am pretty sure Valve will care, since Linux customers are important to them now when they are making the Steam Box and everything, so yeah, I guess I will be contacting them instead.

Also, if this doesn't get fixed any time soon I guess there are some gaming sites that might be intrested in knowing there is a company on Steam that are scamming people for money.

Have a nice day!

Not only is there a penguin in the little Steamplay box, but the text actually says that you can play it on Linux. As you can see here:

I am honestly shocked that Trendy Entertainment manages to create an entire game, make it available for multiple platforms, but still fails at getting simple things like this right. How is it even possible? I have never experienced anything like this with any other game on Steam before. So unprofessional.

Trendy Entertainment, let me try to help you guys with the decision making. If a DLC you have placed in the Steam Store does not work with Linux, you have two options; either you make the DLC work the way it should, or you remove any sign of Linux support for this DLC from the Steam Store.

I agree with you but imo Linux sucks and Ubuntu is the most ultimate fail of an OS ever.
