Ranked Progess lost

Hi, ive lost all my ranked characters ive emailed trendy are they able to restore this hopefully

some times but you cant play the game till they get back to you trendy only keeps the last 4 saves of your game (I think) if your make the game save by playing you will over write them do not log in on ranked

This is a silly question but: How do you lose your Ranked game since it is stored in trendy/cloud files. Even if you delete game from computer the characters et all are still saved?

you have nothing to do with it its a trendy problem they lost or corrupted your last save
when you log in its like you just started
